My doula services include:

• Two or more prenatal visits to explore your priorities and discuss your wishes for your birth. I prefer to meet at least three times... the earlier in your pregnancy you hire me, the more intimately I get to know you and the better a rapport we can build.

• Assistance in writing your birth plan
• Unlimited support by phone and email prior to labor
• Being on call for you 24/7 starting at your 38th week until you deliver
• Continuous labor support at home, birth center, or hospital
• Acupuncture, acupressure, tui na and massage during labor at home
• Initiation of breastfeeding and bonding following delivery
• Referrals for all your postpartum needs: postpartum doulas, lactation consultants, support groups.
• One postpartum visit to discuss your feelings about the birth and motherhood
